  • “Align your life. Strengthen your faith. Transform your body.”

  • Vision & Purpose

Kingdom Alignment is a 90-day discipleship journey focused on honoring God through total-life stewardship:

Spirit — growing closer to God

Soul — renewing the mind and emotions

Body — caring for the temple of the Spirit

    Core Scripture

3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Hebrews 12:1-3 "Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great acloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls."

    Daily Rhythm

3 is the Bible is the number of divine completion. We want to align our total being with God’s Kingdom purpose.

Here Is The Kingdom Alignment Challenge

    • 3 Minutes Praise
    • 3 Scripture Verses
    • 3 Minutes of Fervent Prayer
    • 3 Daily Acts of Stewardship
    1. Steward Your Time - How will you use the time God has entrusted to you today tohonor Him and advance His Kingdom?
    2. Steward Your Body - Through healthy choices, exercise, and proper care, how willyou honor God by stewarding the physical body He has given you?
    3. Steward Your Spirit & Soul- Is there a habit, distraction, or sin that holds you backfrom God’s best? Will you choose to lay it down for spiritual transformation? Will you discipline your thoughts to dwell on what is right, pure, and faith-filled?

How intense is this challenge? You Decide the level of intensity. (Simple = sustainable.)

  • Steward Your Time

Here are practical, biblical ways tosteward your time to honor God and advance His Kingdom:

    1. Begin with Daily Surrender, Not Just Scheduling
Before managing your calendar, submit your day to God.

    Practice:
    • Start each morning asking - Lord, what matters most to You today?”
    • Invite the Holy Spirit to direct conversations, interruptions, and decisions.

    Kingdom Principle:
Time stewardship begins with lordship, notefficiency.
“Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will beestablished.” — Proverbs 16:3

    2. Prioritize Presence with God First
You cannot advance God’s Kingdom externally if you aredisconnected internally.

    Ways to do this:
    • Set a consistent prayer and Scripture rhythm.
    • Protect this time like an essential appointment.
    • Include listening, not only speaking.
Think of it as: Abiding before accomplishing.
Jesus often withdrew to pray before ministry moments.

    3. Align Your Time with Eternal Impact
Ask regularly: “Will this matter in eternity?”

Evaluate activities through three Kingdom lenses:
    • Formation — Does this shape me intoChristlikeness?
    • Family — Does this build the people God entrusted to me?
    • Mission — Does this help others encounterJesus?
Not every hindrance is sinful — but many good things cancrowd out Kingdom things.

    4. Practice Intentional Sabbath and Rest
Rest is not wasted time; it is trust in God’sprovision.

    Sabbath stewardship:
    • Stops striving.
    • Reorients identity away from performance.
    • Restores spiritual sensitivity.
Rest declares: God is sustaining the Kingdom — notme.

    5. Redeem Ordinary Moments
Kingdom advancement often happens in everyday interactions.

    Use daily rhythms as ministry:
    • Encourage coworkers or church members.
    • Pray quietly for people you encounter.
    • Turn conversations toward hope and faith naturally.
    Kingdom work is often relational.

    6. Eliminate Time Drains that Dull Spiritual Sensitivity
    Ask honestly:
    • What consumes time but produces little spiritual fruit?
    • What weakens focus or holiness?

    Possible adjustments:
    • Reduce mindless scrolling.
    • Limit media that shapes worldly thinking.
    • Replace passive consumption with intentional growth.
    This isn’t legalism — it’s alignment.

    7. Invest Time in Discipleship (Multiplication)
Kingdom growth happens through people, not just events.

    Consider:
    • Mentoring someone spiritually.
    • Small group involvement.
    • Intentional one-on-one encouragement.

Jesus spent most of His time with twelve people — andchanged the world.

    8. Build Rhythms of Reflection
Without reflection, time slips into reaction.

    Weekly questions:
    • Where did I see God moving?
    • Where did I miss opportunities?
    • What is God inviting me into next?

    Reflection turns experience into wisdom.

    9. Serve According to Calling, Not Pressure
Not every need is your assignment.

    Wise stewardship means:
    • Saying yes to God-given calling.
    • Saying no to distractions — even goodones.

Jesus did not meet every need; He fulfilled His mission.

    10. Live with Kingdom Urgency and Peace
    Scripture holds two truths together:
    • Time is short.
    • God is sovereign.

    So we live:
    • Urgently — intentional with opportunity.
    • Peacefully — trusting God with outcomes.

  • Steward Your Body

Here are biblically grounded and practical ways you can steward your body to honor God:

    1. View Your Body as God’s Temple
    Foundation before action.
1 Corinthians 6:19–20 “Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit… therefore glorify God in your body.”

    Stewardship begins with identity:

    • Your body is not owned, but entrusted.

    • Caring for your health becomes an act of worship, not vanity.

    • Physical discipline becomes spiritual obedience.

    Heart posture:
I care for my body because it belongs to God.

    2. Nourish Your Body with Wisdom
Food is fuel for God’s purposes, not merely comfort or escape.

    Healthy stewardship includes:
    • Choosing whole, nourishing foods when possible

    • Practicing moderation instead of excess

    • Eating with gratitude rather than impulse

    • Avoiding habits that dull clarity or energy

    Spiritual principle:
Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23).

    Ask:

    • Does this strengthen or weaken my ability to serve God?

    • Does this create dependence or freedom?

    3. Move Your Body as an Act of Stewardship
Exercise is not about appearance — it is about capacity for Kingdom work.

1 Timothy 4:8 “Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things.”

(Paul affirms exercise has real value.)

Practical Rhythms: (Exercise mixed with worship, prayer, or spiritual encouragement is powerful)
    • Walk daily

    • Strength training for longevity and resilience

    • Stretching or mobility for injury prevention

    • Sports or Outdoor activities

    Think of exercise as:

    increasing endurance for ministry

    strengthening mental clarity

    sustaining long-term service

    4. Honor God Through Rest and Recovery
Rest is not laziness — it is obedience.

God built Sabbath into creation before sin ever existed.

    Healthy stewardship means:

    • Prioritizing consistent sleep

    • Creating rhythms of Sabbath rest

    • Allowing recovery after exertion

    • Saying no when exhaustion compromises spiritual health

    Fatigue often weakens:

    • patience

    • discernment

    • emotional control

    • spiritual attentiveness

    Rest protects your witness.

    5. Guard What Enters Your Body
Stewardship includes what you consume physically and mentally.

    Consider:

    • Substances that harm long-term health

    • Overstimulation and stress overload

    • Screen habits that disrupt sleep and peace

    • Addictions that enslave rather than serve

Ask: Does this bring life or diminish it?

    6. Use Your Strength for Kingdom Purpose
The goal of health is availability to God, not self-optimization.

    Ask regularly:

    • How can my strength serve others?

    • How can my energy advance God’s Kingdom?

    • How can my physical presence reflect Christ?

Health becomes meaningful when it becomes missional.

    7. Practice Gratitude for Your Body
Gratitude transforms stewardship from obligation into worship.

    Thank God for:

    • breath

    • movement

    • healing

    • endurance

    • daily strength

Gratitude reduces comparison and increases contentment.

A Simple Daily Stewardship Framework (You might reflect each day)

    Body Stewardship Questions
    • Did I fuel my body wisely today?

    • Did I move and strengthen it?

    • Did I allow proper rest?

    • Did my choices increase my ability to serve God?

    • Did I treat my body as sacred, not disposable?

A Kingdom Perspective, Stewarding your body is ultimately about readiness:

    • Ready to serve

    • Ready to love

    • Ready to endure

    • Ready to obey

    • Ready when God calls

Your physical health supports your spiritual assignment.

A well-stewarded body becomes a vessel through which God’s life flows more freely.

  • Steward Your Spirit & Soul

God has entrusted us not only with a physical body, but also with an eternal being — our body is temporary, but our spirit and our mind will live forever. Stewardship of the inner man means intentionally cultivating thoughts, habits, and desires that align with Christ and allow His life to flow through us.

    1. Examine What Shapes Your Inner Life
    Ask honestly:

    • Is there a habit, distraction, or sin that dulls my spiritual sensitivity?

    • What consistently pulls my attention away from God’s presence?

    • What patterns keep me from walking in freedom, obedience, or spiritual growth?

Spiritual transformation begins with awareness. What we tolerate inwardly eventually shapes how we live outwardly.

Psalm 139:23 “Search me, O God, and know my heart…”

    2. Choose to Lay It Down
    Stewardship requires surrender.

Transformation is not merely trying harder — it is releasing what competes with God’s rule in our lives.

    • Lay down hidden sins.

    • Lay down unhealthy thought patterns.

    • Lay down distractions that consume spiritual hunger.

    • Lay down offenses, fears, or idols we place our trust in rather than God.

We cannot fully receive the power of God that frees us while at the same time holding tight to what binds us.

Every surrender creates room for God’s transforming power.

    3. Discipline Your Thoughts
Spiritual maturity involves training the mind, not just managing behavior.

Scripture calls us to intentionally direct our thinking:

    • Think on what is true
    • Meditate on what is pure
    • Focus on what is worthy and faith-filled
    • Reject thoughts rooted in fear, comparison, bitterness, or unbelief

Your thoughts become pathways that shape your spiritual life.

Philippians 4:8 “Whatever things are true… noble… just… pure… meditate on these things.”

    4. Practice Daily Renewal
Stewarding your spirit and mind is a daily practice:

    • Prayer — aligns your spirit with God’s will

    • Scripture meditation — renews thinking patterns

    • Worship — realigns your affections toward God

    • Silence & reflection — allows the Holy Spirit to speak and give you His vision

    • Confession & repentance — keeps the heart soft and responsive

Transformation happens through consistent communion, not occasional inspiration.

    5. Replace, Don’t Just Remove

Spiritual growth is not only about removing sin — it is about replacing it with righteousness.

Nature abhors a vacuum — whatever you remove must be replaced with God’s truth and life.

    Daily Stewardship Prayer
Lord, I surrender every thought, habit, and desire that competes with Your will.

Renew my mind and strengthen my spirit.

Teach me to dwell on what is true, pure, and faith-filled.

Strengthen me to discipline my inner life to honor You. Amen.
